At Tyrrell Healthcare direct we respect your confidentiality, and will never give your E-mail address to anyone else.

We will send you E-mails confirming that we have received your order, or if there are any problems with your order.

Please ensure your correct E-mail address is given to us. An incorrect E-mail address given to us with orders will make it difficult for us to contact you about your order if there is a problem.

We never send marketing E-mails to personal E-mail addresses (spam).

We take all steps to make sure that shopping with us is safe, secure, and worry free.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Tyrrell Healthcare purchase order numbers will need to be verified prior to despatch of items.
Tyrrell Healthcare prices are inclusive of delivery, unless required for next-day delivery at an additional cost of £8.50 (for parcels up to 20kg).

Orders for next-day delivery must be placed before mid-day to guarantee delivery.

Please note: Next day delivery is only for orders placed Monday to Thursday, Friday's orders are delivered Monday. All goods remain the property of Tyrrell Healthcare Ltd until paid for in full.

Cheques will be cashed prior to despatch of goods.

We try to ensure all our items are in stock. If we have run out, or do not have the full amount, we will complete your order from our European warehouse.

In the unlikely event we are unable to process your order we will e-mail you and tell you.

We will then complete your order at the soonest opportunity notifying you of the expected date of delivery.  You can, of course, cancel the order if you wish.

If you find the item is not suitable after you receive it, then send it back to us and we will give you a prompt and courteous refund of the price of the goods, but we do ask that you pay the return postage.

We regret that we do not refund the cost of postage unless we have made a mistake with the order. We can not accept returns of items that have been used.

When you order online you will be sent an automated e-mail immediately to confirm that your order has been received at our Tyrrell Healthcare web site. A duplicate email of your order is sent direct to us, we then check to see that we are able to process your order as requested.

It is only at this point that your order is accepted by us. If for any reason we are unable to accept your order we will contact you directly.

At Tyrrell Healthcare we constantly monitor our prices to give you the customer the best value for money whilst offering the best product range possible.

We try to ensure that all Tyrrell Healthcare prices are  correct and up to date, but if we find the price of the goods are significantly dearer than the price on the shopping cart, then we will e-mail you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the new price.

Your order is only accepted once we agree that the prices are correct.

Either method guarantees delivery within 4 days to any address within the UK from receipt of your order.

This is also where we process your credit card, and it will be the Tyrrell Healthcare name that appears on your credit card statement.
